So today was my first day of P90X. Ive done it before, but never made it to a month. The main problem as been I am either too exhausted to finish the exercises, or Im falling all over the place trying to do them - its like Im totally wasted or something. But regardless, I always feel sore, and it definitely makes me realize the gym isn’t doing as much for me as I think it is.
So I think Im really gonna try to do this. The full 90 days without quitting - even if that means I can never do one of those ridiculous pushups (yes, I literally could only do one of each, definitely gotta work on that)
As for diet, money is beyond low, so eating perfect is definitely not happening. BUT I havent had any sugar still. I admit I did have some rice pasta and rice crackers. But hey, no gluten - and thats not techically sugar. Saying no to straight up chocolate was hard yo. I keep getting massive migraines, but I know thats just a sign that soon it will be over. Im excited for this.
So, apparently I lost a couple pounds this week - Im gonna take this as the metformin in combination with my eating better and working out is really gonna help my stubborn weight.
Ive been watching Shay carls shayloss, and dude. I know its easy to drop weight when youre super overweight, but like, 14 pounds in a WEEK? How the heck are they doing that? I eat decent and work out and Im lucky if I hit 2. Stupid body, holding on to me fats.
